When is my Real Estate/Personal Property Tax Bill due?

Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills are mailed twice per year (two bills in each mailing) in June and December. Below are the quarterly due dates associated with each tax bill:

  • Quarter 1 - Due on the first business day of August (Covering the period of July-September)
  • Quarter 2 - Due on the first business day of November (Covering the period of October - December)
  • Quarter 3 - Due on the first business day of February (Covering the period of January - March)
  • Quarter 4 - Due on the first business day of May (Covering the period of April - June)

Please be advised that Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills are issued on a fiscal year basis: July through June. The first two quarters will be preliminary tax estimates, and the second two quarters will be actual tax bills based on the current year tax rate.
