When Customers Experience Loss of Electric Power:
- Check main breaker at electric panel.
- If electric problem is out side the house call the LIGHT DEPARTMENT OFFICE AT 978-352-5730. The Georgetown Police Department will dispatch the ON CALL PERSON who will contact you.
The Police Department will only dispatch for POWER OUTAGES. For additional information please call the LIGHT DEPARTMENT OFFICE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
