Planning Board
Applications and Application Fees may be found on the Planning Department's webpage.
Zoning Bylaws; Subdivision Rules and Regulations; and the Development Review Guidebook may be purchased for a fee by visiting, phoning, or emailing the Planning Board Office. You may also download them from this webpage.
Agendas must be posted with the Town Clerk according to Massachusetts General Law. As a courtesy, the Planning Board Office may post the agendas and approved meeting minutes on the website.
Fall Town Meeting 2018: The Planning Board will focus on potential Warrant Articles for the upcoming Fall 2018 Meeting. Once determined, copies of Planning Board proposed Warrant Articles may be found at the Planning Board Office.
