How much does a Municipal Lien Certificate cost?

Municipal Lien Certificates (MLC's) currently cost $25.00 for all properties/parcels. Please submit payment with your request noting the exact property location/parcel and address. Requests will be processed in a timely manner and signed certificates will be returned to the requestor if they provide a self-addressed and stamped return envelope.
