Minutes February 7, 2019

Meeting started at 7:38pm

Board Members in attendance:

Jim Dimento, Al Kitchin, John Dunlevy, Gary Fowler 

Jim brought up how the board feels about a new Director being hired. 

There was a discussion and Jim made a motion that in the future we would need a Director. The motion passed.

Jim made a motion to accept Rick Gardella's hours for January and February. The motion passed.

Al Kitchin made a motion to close the meeting at 8:30pm it was seconded by John Dunlevy.
