Park and Rec Minutes 6/10/20

Attendees: Jim Dimento, John Dunlevy, Anala Guertin and Gary Fowler

Started at 5:05 and ended at 6:13pm

-Jim made a motion to wait for more direction from the Board of Selectmen or the Board of Health after the Board of Selectmen opened the Baseball Field and the Tennis Courts at American Legion Park. It was approved

_Jim made a motion to have the players on the tennis Courts go diagonally and keep track of the players. It was approved

-Gary made a motion for a Line Item transfer to cover services. It was approved

-Motion to pay bills was approved

-Gary made a motion to continue the concert series, as long as they follow health guidelines and it was approved unanimously by the board.

-Motion was made to give Trevor from the GYCC the authority to hire and fire

new employees after apprising the board.
