--Status regarding Memorandum of Understanding (partnership/relationship) between Pettengill

House, Inc. nonprofit social service agency and GeorgetownCARES Coalition Committee www.pettengillhouse.org VOTE

Deborah M. Smith, Exec. Dir., M.Ed., Counseling/Psy, LSW, LADC, Tiffany Nigro, Assistant Director, BS, LSW  and Lauri Murphy, SW. 

--Appropriate donation dollar amount for FY2020 (& possibly FY2021) to Pettengill House, Inc in 

       accordance with services rendered and partnership terms agreed upon. VOTE

--Update on Essex County Asset Builder (ECAB) Program initiatives

 VOTE: To Approve the Essex County Asset Builder Network MOU with GeorgetownCARES Coalition Committee. 

--Budget & Cash Flow Review

 

NEW BUSINESS: 

  • Approve Spruce Peak Consulting INVOICE 4-30-2020 Web Hosting $155.00 VOTE
  • Encumber remaining money in the FY2020 GeorgetownCARES Committee Coalition budget line into FY2021, as agreed by committee. VOTE

Our mission is to promote substance abuse prevention strategies, education and resources aimed at making Georgetown the healthiest community it can be.
