As posted with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of the Secretary of State, the Executive Office of Administration and Finance, the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board and all subscribing communities, there will be a meeting of the Northeast Massachusetts Mosquito Control and Wetlands Management District (NEMMC) Board of Commissioners to be held on February 12, 2019 at 9:00 AM.

1. Call to order and Attendance.

    

2. Review minutes for 01/08/19 NEMMC Commissioner’s Board Meeting (vote for action).

1. Notice of NEMMC Preliminary Proposed Budget for FY 2020 sent to all the municipalities within the district, sent to the SRB and posted on the NEMMC Website (for discussion only).

    

2. Other business.

1. To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel in Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(2) (Vote for action)

• The Commission will vote whether it will reconvene in Open Session prior to entering into Executive Session.
