- Client 18-06 is still trying to contact hired attorney with no luck. Will pursue court on her own. Dianna will try to get retainer back.
- Client 19-01 has submitted all necessary documents to SSD and was tol by her case worker that she should “receive an answer within the next two weeks on her eligibility”

- Still exploring this as a possibility for “affordable housing” Most recent listing shows a price cut of $10,000.00 and is now listed at $489,900. Money isn’t there, so no progress.

- Dianna has received the information necessary from North Shore Home Consortium to start getting a project together to submit for federal funds. She and Paul will be working together on this. This project must be submitted by no later than April 3rd by 12 noon.

- Palmer Lane Subsidy – Harry Promised 'the $64K will happen'!
- Georgetown SHI is now down 3 listings (to 352) due to the closing of a State Group Home. Time to 'make something happen'! New listings on the MSL for potential opportunities for affordable housing. Vision cards will be provided at meeting for the following properties:

- 199 Andover Street
- 28 Central Street
- 1 Larch Road
