Old Business

  • Rap Program Review and Vouchers
    • Client 18-06 is still trying to contact hired attorney with no luck. Will pursue court on her own. Dianna will try to get retainer back.
    • Client 19-01 has submitted all necessary documents to SSD and was tol by her case worker that she should “receive an answer within the next two weeks on her eligibility”

       

  • 34 East Main
    • Still exploring this as a possibility for “affordable housing” Most recent listing shows a price cut of $10,000.00 and is now listed at $489,900. Money isn’t there, so no progress.

       

  • Rock Pond
    • Sold
  • North Shore Consortium
    • Dianna has received the information necessary from North Shore Home Consortium to start getting a project together to submit for federal funds. She and Paul will be working together on this. This project must be submitted by no later than April 3rd by 12 noon.

       

NEW BUSINESS

  • Palmer Lane SubsidyHarry Promised 'the $64K will happen'!
  • Georgetown SHI is now down 3 listings (to 352) due to the closing of a State Group Home. Time to 'make something happen'! New listings on the MSL for potential opportunities for affordable housing. Vision cards will be provided at meeting for the following properties:

  • 28 Central Street
  • 1 Larch Road
