In accordance with the provisions of Article VII in the Town of Georgetown Zoning Code, the Georgetown Planning Board will hold a public hearing on March 22, 2017, at 7:15p.m.  in the 3rd Floor Meeting Room at Georgetown Memorial Town Hall, 1 Library Street, to consider Parrish Road Realty Trust’s Special Permit Application for an Open Space Residential Development (OSRD) and an 11-Lot Definitive Subdivision Application regarding property located at 66 Parrish Road, in Georgetown, Massachusetts 01833. The property is located in the Residential B Zone District and as described by Tax Assessors Map 20, Lot 1.  

Copies of the above-cited OSDR and Definitive Subdivision Applications are on file at the Georgetown Planning Board Office and may be inspected there Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Any person interested or wishing to be heard regarding this application should appear either in person, by agent, or by attorney at the time and place designated.
