At 4:24PM on January 7, 2011 the Georgetown Police Department received a 911 call that an armed robbery had just occurred at the TD Bank 62 Central Street, Georgetown.
Bank employees reported that a white female entered the bank wearing a hooded sweatshirt with the hood up she produced a demand note indicating she was armed and left the bank with an undetermined amount of cash . During the investigation a citizen reported a suspicious vehicle was in the area prior to the robbery with two males inside.
The registration and description was sent out to all area police departments. Massachusetts State Police Troopers observed the vehicle on Route one in Saugus MA.
They stopped the vehicle and took three occupants into custody. They were booked at Troop A Headquarters in Danvers and then transported to the Georgetown Police Department.
Arrested were
Korin O'Doherty age, 21, 570 School Street, Belmont, MA.
John Chiellini age, 28 78 Clark Street, Everett, MA.
and Emanuel Silveira age, 24 98 Fenno Street Apt 1 Revere, MA.
Each is charged with armed robbery and will be arraigned at Haverhill District Court on Monday January 10th, 2011.
The Massachusetts State Police, Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Georgetown Police Department Detective Bureau are continuing the investigation.
