The Georgetown Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant for a Medford man in connection with the break in at the Henborg Ice Cream Shop that occurred on July 11, 2011.
Daniel Lavoie, age 25 of Medford, Mass. will be charged with Breaking & Entering a building in the night time, and Larceny from a building in connection with the crime.
Lavoie was connected to the break due to evidence collected at the crime scene by Detective Supervisor Tom DeJoy, Detective Jim Rodden, and Officer Keith Deguio, and then forensically examined by the Massachusetts State Police.
Lavoie is currently being held at the Middleton Jail on unrelated charges.
