Re-grading of the roadway at the end of Lake Ave. directing the water runoff into detention basins instead of directly into Pentucket Pond. All work will be within 100’ of a water resource area, a pond, riverfront protection area, flood plain, and NHESP.
7:20 Brook Street (Culvert) – (GCC 2008-14) RDA (New)
Replacement of a failed culvert with a new one at the same elevation and location as existing. Work would be within 100’ of a BVW and 200’ of the rivers protection area.
7:25 Hearing to discuss possible changes to the Town of Georgetown Wetland Protection Regulations.
