Car Crashed into Crosby's in Georgeown

A Georgetown woman crashed her Toyota Camry into Crosby’s Marketplace after jumping over the parking curb on Sunday, March 8.
Georgetown Police responded to call just before 3 p.m. of a motor vehicle accident with property damage and found Judith Brennan, 52, of 2 True Lane, was not injured in the crash.
The building suffered damage to two support pillars but no damage to the brick wall. Brennan also hit patio equipment along the sidewalk in front of the grocery store.
According to reports, Brennan said she was okay following the accident but that when she was pulling into the grocery store’s parking lot her vehicle “just kept going forward.”
